「Room had a nail cutting, dead spider, dead bugs and a lizard. We asked the property to come clean in the morning & they agreed, however, they never came to clean. We reminded them the room needed to be cleaned & still nothing. The phones weren't working & the TV cannot stream.」

The pool water was cloudy and had tons of people and children, food being eaten in the pool, balls everywhere.. kind of chaotic and not relaxing as we'd hoped. The adult only pool was small and had some people hanging around it playing music so also not peaceful. Massage was wonderful though and the quesadillas from the pool grill were good.」

「The inside of the rooms were a little bit dated, but very, very clean. The outside of the property is gorgeous and updated. This would be a good property to have a family at. Very nice, but pretty relaxed. Did not try the dining options, but there were many. A couple things – there wasn’t an ice machine to use, but the front desk did give me a small bag of ice. 「Spacious, clean room. The personalized greeting on the tv and phone were nice. Pool was out of service but they gave the option of the other hotel pool. It was quite a walk so we didn’t go. Casino is nice, friendly staff. Bad experience at the sandwich place. Waited over 20 minutes for cold sandwiches, I asked the supervisor (who as at the register) at the 20 min mark, she was dismissive and said ‘he’s making sandwiches now so they must be yours’ without ever checking. 「As someone who has stayed at the Tuxon for several years I can honestly say the quality has declined since IHG bought the property. Upon checking in we found our room had some issues, mainly lip marks on the glasses, shower curtain turned inside out and some dirt on the floor that stuck to our bare feet.
