「The room was so clean and well maintained… we loved it. They were renovating the diner so it was closed.」

「Breakfast Menu was ok. Hotel was dated. Pillows were really soft bed was mushy.」

「Decent middle of the road hotel. Fairly clean and spacious room, and and they served a pretty good free breakfast. Useless weight room.」

「Wonderful hotel right in the center of town. Easy check in and nice breakfast. One slight issue is the heating/air conditioning units are a bit troublesome but still slept well.」

「Was in town for my son's graduation with my 80 year old father with mobility issues. I reserved and ADA room and there ended up being some maintenance that needed to be done before we arrived. Wendy at Jackson Park Inn reached out to me proactively before we arrived and worked and corresponded with me several times to make sure they had a solution that worked for his mobility issues. I was very grateful for her. The staff was amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!」

「Breakfast was pitiful. Eggs poured out of a bag, biscuits that were hard with a little butter on them. No sausage, etc. Waffle mix was too thin to make a decent waffle. We gave up and skipped the breakfast. 」
