“We stayed a week and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located near everything you need and the beach view was memorable. The shower! The shower! The shower! We have been trying to figure out how to make our shower at home, like the hotel shower.”

“We had exceptional service in the pool area bar and Papaya Fernando and Pedro were absolutely fantastic, the first night there though we had a waiter ignore us for about 20 minutes after we sat down to have dinner and a cocktail finally my husband got up and went to the bartender and asked for drinks, then we finally ordered food, my husbands cheeseburger came out and he was finished eating and we were still waiting for my small pizza, we had to ask about the food and if they ordered it for me,……

“This is the second time I stay here for my trip and never had issues but this time housekeeping didn’t come to clean my room, I had to call the front office to ask why. I did not have the DND sign up and it took hours to get the roomed cleaned I did not like that. ”

“Room was surface clean but not deep cleaned bed was super hard and not comfortable pillows were small but not a deal breaker Not really ocean front more like ocean adjacent. U can see the ocean and beach but not a straight view No parking unless u pay or get lucky to get road side parking witch is rare Curtains did not block the light that’s on all night. Needs blackout curtains Staff was very helpful ”

“This was my worst stay experience of my life! The room was not ready when they messaged us it was. So we dropped bags and left. Upon return and inspection the unit looked nothing like what was portrayed online. The room was dirty, in disrepair; doorknob hanging off the bathroom door, loose partially falling off electrical outlet, hair and other debris on the beds, stains and white mystery crust on the couch I could keep going and have the pictures to prove it! The staff were no help and were……

“Location is perfect, close to everything. Building is good and pool too. Apartment needs to be updated. Couple things was not working or in bad condition like the microwave and ceiling fan. Bedroom was ok, but the sleeping couch was in bad condition. Parking is close enough but expensive for a night and it’s very difficult to find a parking spot on the street. ”

“总体来说非常一般，首先酒店规定的入住时间是下午四点，但当我们五点多到酒店的时候房间竟然还没有好，又等了半个多小时一直到快六点房间才好。酒店宣传的各种服务也完全没有踪影，没有接机服务，泳池到下午四五点就没有浴巾可以用了，酒店内有赌场和night club，整体环境不是特别适合家庭，房间服务也很差，加床被子打了好几个电话，在这种服务条件下酒店竟然要收20%的服务费。我们订的房间是800多美元一晚，加上服务费将近一千一晚，这个价钱完全可以有很多更好的选择。另外酒店房间也非常一般，不隔音，装修材料差，房间小，酒店地址离机场太近，晚上安静的时候可以听见飞机起降，对睡眠质量不好的人来说就是噩梦。”
