"My twin brother and I had an amazing experience at the Residence Inn by Marriott Fort Lauderdale City of Plantation. We arrived around 10:15 AM, well before the 3 PM check-in, and Sebastian at the front desk greeted us with a smile and immediately checked to see if he could get us into a room early. His friendliness set the perfect tone for our stay. Even better, when we stopped by the breakfast area after it had already closed, Miss Shirley noticed we were hoping to eat. She and Gertrude went back into the kitchen and prepared a small breakfast just for us—warm boiled eggs, bagels, and juices. They didn’t have to do that, but their kindness meant a lot. This has truly been one of the best experiences we’ve had at any Marriott. The hospitality here made us feel right at home."
