"The pictures on the we sure don’t match. But the amenities were as described and comfortable. Before arrival, the front desk clerk led us to believe the property was beach side. Dana Point is a town wide no smoking policy and when we got to our room the patron next door was smoking weed and cigarettes. Toilet paper is single ply. Furniture needs updating. "

"Location is amazing. Used to live in Dana Point and dreamed of staying on Beach Road. These are properties that from the ocean and the beach. The view is incredible! It is upstairs, so one flight, not bad. There are train tracks near by but almost not noticed. Unit itself very nice and very livable. No A/C but do not need it. Great natural cool Pacific air and wave noise."

"Everything about this stay was fantastic, the only downside of our stay was that we only booked for a couple of nights. The staff were all so sweet and the area is fantastic. I am almost hesitant to leave this review because I want to keep this a secret, because we will absolutely be returning and for a longer stay next time! "
