"Room clean, bed & pillows very nice, not great but nice. The advertised balcony was a joke! One chair for a room that sleep 3-4 people. PARKING FEE was a surprise not mentioned on the site i booked the reservation."

"UNDER CONSTRUCTION. NO POOL. NO HOT WATER. BROWN COLD WATER! Bad Wi-Fi. This place was a disaster. Not only did the water not work on one day but when it came back on it was so brown it caused the white towels to turn brown. And they didn’t even provide bottled water in the empty fridge. Our balcony view was of a construction site! with construction noise all throughout the day. The Wi-Fi went in and out. Total waste! "

"The ocean view studio we were in was spacious and it was a million dollar view. From the moment we checked in, I could feel myself relaxing. We didn't want to leave! We were on the southside of the property so we were far from the main pool (the only pool open right now) but we are more beach people so we were nice and close to the stairs that go over the road and get you right to the most beautiful beach. It was a gorgeous weekend, but never crowded on the beach. As we got home, we realized we left our pillows! I was able to text the hotel to get everything sorted out. We got our pillows shipped back to us promptly. I highly recommend this hotel. Great value and spectacular location. We will be back!"

"Location is amazing. Used to live in Dana Point and dreamed of staying on Beach Road. These are properties that from the ocean and the beach. The view is incredible! It is upstairs, so one flight, not bad. There are train tracks near by but almost not noticed. Unit itself very nice and very livable. No A/C but do not need it. Great natural cool Pacific air and wave noise."

"World class stay , plenty of room to spread out and the ocean views and beach access were killer! High end and relaxing stay.. the kitchen and house generally was stocked with anything a family needs! "
