Pinetop Lakes Cozy Cabin - Sleeps up to 10

Cozy & quaint describes this cabin best! Nestled in the heart of the Pinetop Country Club and just minutes away from Sunrise Ski Resort and multiple lakes. Head out for some shopping and dining or stay in and cook your own favorite meals in our fully stocked kitchen. Breathe in the crisp air on the large deck while you BBQ or make S'mores on the fire pit or head inside and get cozy on the recliners or pullout sofa while the wood burning fireplace gets you nice & toasty.

Included in the 1400 square foot cabin are 2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a reading nook in the loft, a fully stocked kitchen that includes; children's plates/bowls/cups, blender, toaster, waffle maker, crockpot, coffee maker, baking sheets, cooking oils/spices, and your most common pots, pans and cooking/eating utensil and knives.

We've put a lot of effort in the little things and stay here throughout the year ourselves, so you know you'll be staying in a well cared for and equipped home.

NO cats allowed due to allergies; dogs are on a case/case basis. Pet deposit may be required.

- a full jacuzzi tub in the downstairs guest bathroom
- a real wood-burning fireplace, with firewood for guests to use
- a plush queen sofa sleeper in the living room
- lots of clean towels, blankets and bed linens

Pinetop July 4th Getaway!!!

We had a wonderful time at the cabin! It was perfect for our family of 4!! Enjoyed sitting on the porch and eating at the picnic table! The outside lights were a great added touch!!

Spring break in the snow!

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin during a winter storm. The wood burning fireplace kept the entire cabin warm for the duration of our stay. We brought food to cook instead of going out. The outside propane grill worked great. We would definitely come here again.

Amazing peaceful stay away from the city

The cabin had everything you need and more. The host was very kind and attentive when there was a leak with the fridge. Overall amazing experience and would highly reccomend to any other guest looking for a stay away from the big city. My family absolutely loved their stay there and will definetly be staying again.

Great place

We had a lovely time at this place. They had a few games and toys for the kids, which was very helpful. There is a place to go for a nice walk behind the cabin, which we did several times. There was plenty of space and the loft was a great place for the kids to sleep! The kitchen was very small, but had what we needed. One odd thing was that the walls gave my kids splinters because they are not sanded down inside. Overall, we would stay there again.

Great little get away!!

We had a couple bumps when we got here but the host was WONDERFUL and got it all fixed for us! 2 queen beds and 2 toddler beds upstairs, not sure what size the bed is downstairs, Queen or king. Both bedrooms have a bathroom off of them plus a community bathroom downstairs. Great porch and fire pit area too! Def will be back!!

Cabin up North

We decided to rent a cabin in Pinetop Lakeside for Thanksgiving. I found this cabin when searching and it caught my eye because it truly looked like a real cabin inside. When we arrived, the place was very clean and welcoming. It was fully functional to include wood for the fire place and a fully stocked kitchen to make our Thanksgiving meal. The beds were very comfortable and the loft was a great place for all the kids. In the evening hours we were able to enjoy the wood burning fireplace while watching movies. It was a great experience and I would rent again.

Ill Advertised

At the top of the listing for this property it states for sleeping arrangements that there are 2 King Beds along with a crib and some air mattresses if needed. There was only one King bed and no crib or air mattresses. We didn't find this out until we got to the cabin. When I looked at the listing again it shows that at the top of it, but all of the way down at the bottom of the listing is states there is only 1 king bed. that needs to be changed. We also had an issue with the security code we were given to enter the cabin it did not work. Luckily someone who was associated with the cabin showed up 5 minutes after we got there and was able to open the door for us with her code, but then we had to wait hours before we got a code that worked on the door. We had to prop the door open letting cold air in until then to keep from getting locked out of the cabin. The listing needs to be updated so that it doesn't show one thing at the top of it and something different at the bottom of it.

It’s a beautiful cabin. Very clean and very cosy. Well stocked kitchen. Perfect for families! It has 3 gorgeous bathrooms, one huge bedroom, a loft and sleeps 10 people. It met our needs and we would love to stay there again.

Our host was quick to reply to any questions we had. she was so polite and accommodating. the property is excellent in every way. the almost surround deck is covered and uncovered. the home sits back off of the street and almost feels like a cul de sac. the multiple ceiling fans are a nice touch. there is a five burner grill and a fire pit if the regulations at the time allow for wood fires. close to everything and a well shaded property. the wild horses walking directly behind the house several days were a nice touch. highly recommend and we will be a return renter.

Peaceful and Beautiful Retreat in the White Mountains

Our family stayed here in late June of 2025. The cabin had everything we needed and the host was great, very responsive and welcoming. We loved sitting out on the deck enjoying the sound of the wind in the trees and gazing at the starry skies with our kiddos (8 and 13) after long days of hiking and fishing. The fry bread stand in McNary quickly became a favorite dinner spot for us (about 10 min. drive from the cabin). Would definitely recommend nearby Robert's Ranch on the Rez for water play and Big Lake (photo) in the National Forest for fishing, camping or a picnic. We hope we can return soon.

Peaceful cabin escape

We stayed here for Christmas and it was perfect. They had a Christmas tree up for us and the fireplace made our holiday so cozy. The kids loved their own private upstairs space complete with a bathroom, nice size beds, toys and a tv. We would love to come back and enjoy this beautiful cabin again. We made wonderful family memories that we will always remember.

Splendid Location

We frequently come to this area and this is a fantastic find! Great beds, plenty of linen’s clean and comfortable with items available to watch ready for the kids and a lovely frack and swing outside on the porch for just an exclamation point of things that were perfect! Highly recommend and hope to come again sometime!

A cool stay in Pinetop

About 20 degrees cooler than Tucson in August! Arlene is a thoughtful and gracious host and the house is furnished and outfitted with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Very quiet wooded setting, but convenient driving distance to restaurants and shopping. Two very nice leather recliners in the L.R. made relaxing in the evening feel like home. We were very happy with our stay here.
