「Funcionários muito educados e prestativos」

「O quarto é muito barulhento, pois a rua da frente tem muitos bares. Restante é ok.」

「The check-in was a nightmare. The person at the reception desk only hands you a key, but DO NOT COME EARLY. They made me wait until exactly 3 pm, even though I arrived 30 minutes early and the room was ready. I booked the room as a hotel room, not an Airbnb, but I was charged an EXTRA cleaning fee that wasn't disclosed before I booked 7 nights. Also, be careful: there are extra daily fees (I still do not know what those fees are for) on top of the nightly rate on Expedia, which took the room...

「Perfeito! Tudo funcionando e limpo. Localização super conveniente.」

「Clean and safe room in a great location. Everything electronic. Like renting from robot. No late check out or luggage storage allowed. No laundry available without a Brazilian CPF .One sauce pan in kitchen. No kitchen amenities like paper towels , salt or bottled water. Not like description in listing. Otherwise OK」
