Great staff and breakfast

I'm happy I selected Filadelfia. It's very convenient to the Pinheiros market and Faria Lima Station. The staff were very attentive, and my room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Just be aware that the building has no elevator so it's not good for anyone in a wheelchair. The only improvement I'd make is to add a mirror in the bathroom. It's difficult to shave without a mirror.

Apartamento no terceiro andar sem elevador. Sem frigobar no apartamento, apesar de constar da descrição. Ambiente do entorno horrível, com inumeros prostíbulos e bares de baixo nivel, com aspecto que inspiram receio sobre segurança. Custo beneficio, mesmo sendo Sao Paulo, muito ruim. Não recomendo pra ninguém.

Quarto estava bem limpo. Roupas de cama e toalhas brancas. Café da manhã bom. Bom atendimento. Porem no momento da reserva nao mostrava que não aceitam camionetes no estacionamento e tb não informava q as vagas eram por ordem de chegada, ou seja, não há vagas para todos.

A garagem não oferece que está no site. Quando cheguei não queriam deixar estacionar o veículo S10. Mesmo tendo vaga disponível. Após discussão deixaram estacionar. No outro dia outro recepcionista teve o mesmo comportamento de questionar o estacionamento. Além disso, a porta do banheiro era barulhenta ao abrir e fechar.

Atende em casos de estadia curta.

Hotel razoável, valor compatível com o oferecido. Excelente limpeza dos quartos, funcionários gentis, educados e solicitos. Toalhas de banho de cor “creme”. Sempre limpas e bem embaladas. Mas acho que o hotel não foi muito feliz na escolha da cor. Parecem sujas mas realmente não estão. Café da manhã farto mas sem muita variedade. Escada para subir aos quartos.Apesar do atendente do dia nos ajudar com a bagagem, observei que isso não parece ser norma do hotel. Hotel com localização central, porém não nos deu segurança para sair/chegar a noite. Rua extremamente barulhenta e hotel não tem tratamento acústico. Recomendo para estadias curtas.

O Hotel está em boas condições, tudo bem organizado. O prédio é mais antigo e não tem elevador. O café da manhã encerra às 9h30, o que poderia ser extendido até às 10h. Os colchões poderiam ser mais firmes e ortopédicos. No demais, um boa opção de hospedagem no Pinheiros.

Hotel muito bem limpo, aparência moderna internamente, tudo muito organizado. Recepção super atenciosa, check-in rápido, atendimento nota 10. Unica observação que deixo aqui é que faltou no quarto um frigobar e na minha opnião é fundamental ter. Pedimos uma pizza com bebida e não tinha onde por o resto da bebida para gelar. Nossa água também ficou quente até no outro dia.
