Totally renovated and under the Conservation Act, this residence is famous for its airplane shape. It is a elegant, marble decorated building situated in an exclusive position on the beach with dunes and bushes. Comfortable residence "Suite 48". 2 km from the centre of Tirrenia, at the seaside, direct access to the beach. For shared use: swimming pool fenced (15 x 20 m, depth 120 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep., extra). Children's pool, private beach. In the house: restaurant, bar, lift. Parking on the premises. Grocery 150 m, supermarket, restaurant, bar 150 m, sandy beach 50 m. Golf course (9 hole) 2 km. Nearby attractions: Livorno 10 km, Pisa 20 km, Castiglioncello 35 km, Viareggio 41 km, Lucca 50 km, Firenze 90 km. Please note: residence with electric gates. Main road close by. Additional accommodations can be booked. Service card (extra) includes: use of swimming pool with 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers by the pool, the private beach. Beach restaurant, open for lunch and dinner during the summer season. Wellness center at 500 meters. Geweldig appartement, maar het zwembad en het strand is niet bij de prijs inbegrepen

Het is een geweldig appartement, waar je eigenlijk niets te klagen overhebt. Alles is aanwezig en het uitzicht is prachtig. Ook is het appartement ruim genoeg en beschikt het over twee badkamers. Het enige wat me stoort, is dat de advertentie doet overkomen dat het zwembad en het strand bij de accommodatie hoort. Dit is niet het geval. Je moet er gewoon voor betalen. Wel krijg je als je gast korting.
