Un residence tra il mare e Pisa, prossimo al Campo dei Miracoli. Un appartamento confortevole sufficientemente provvisto del necessario. Il posto silenzioso con un giardino di fronte. Pulito (traccia di muffa nel box della doccia). Il parco a pochi minuti d’auto consente belle passeggiate. Anche l’ippodromo è prossimo

Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto accogliere la vostra richiesta di effettuare il chech in di notte. possiamo andare oltre l'orario previsto (dalle 16 alle 19), ma non oltre le 24. Spero che non sia stato questo il motivo: gli orari di chech in e di check out sono ben evidenziati nella descrizione dell'alloggio.E' stato comunque un piacere conoscervi ed avervi nostri ospiti.Perdón por la calificación negativa. No lo esperábamos, te vimos muy feliz y sonriente durante tu estadía, y no representaste ningún problema.Desafortunadamente, no pudimos atender su solicitud de registrarse por la noche. podemos ir más allá del horario programado (del 16 al 19), pero no más tarde del 24. Espero que no haya sido por eso: los horarios de entrada y salida están claramente indicados en la descripción del alojamiento.Sin embargo, fue un placer conocerlos y tenerlos como nuestros invitados.

Frábært hótel í Pisa á rólegum stað
Hótelið er nýtt og öll þjónusta til fyrirmyndar. Eigendurnir aðstoða gjarnan við allt sem þarf. Fjölskylduíbúðirnar eru mjög rúmgóðar með tveim svölum. Sundlaugasvæðið er frábært, hreint og huggulegt. Veitingastaðurinn á hótelinu var einn sá besti sem við borðuðum á:)

Great location about 20min walk or 5mins in car from the Tower of Pisa. Onsite restaurant was ok although trying to be fine dining in terms of portion size so only ate there once. Breakfast was continental which was ok. Has a pool and full kitchen inside the villas. Enjoyed our time especially in the pool in such heat. Rooms has aircon. Will be back as loved Pisa

Dear Mr. Anders, thanks for the judgment, which always encourages us to improve. We are sorry that for about 10 minutes the children of our creative laboratory ran a little in the garden, disturbing your well-deserved rest. They were immediately recalled and rebuked properly. As for the dirt you found around, you had to point it out to us, so we could remove it immediately. However, this hypothetical dirt did not stop you from enjoying our pool and our toilets with joy and free beyond the time of check-in, leaving your luggage in storage all day long, free of charge, as your plane departed in the late afternoon. We are very happy that you were our guest. Unfortunately, having abundantly used the kitchen of the apartment, using dishes with an unpleasant, very persistent smell, we had to do a special and very detailed washing of the apartment and the fabrics and curtains, also replacing the filters of the kitchen hood and those of the air conditioners , always without charging any cost. I sincerely hope that the next time you want to be our welcome guest, you will use our highly regarded Restaurant I Lumi for your meals. Thanks again and goodbye.

Very nice pool area, perfect with kids. Clean and peaceful environment with beautiful garden area. Friendly and helpful staff. Bit far from the city centre and train station but easy to travel by bus, although schedules were not very dense (works with good planning). Bathroom was little bit small.

Ruhige und gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Pool. Zu Fuß sind es es zum schiefen Turm 20-30 Minuten, man ist also relativ nah zum Zentrum und doch weit genug weg, um Ruhe zu gaben. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut aufgeteilt, die Leute sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Nive stay
The apartment was good. The people are friendly and helpful. The food is homely. One suggestion that I would provide is that the sofa beds cab be improved. The mattress sinks and it is a bit unconmfortable to sleep. The mail bed room beds are though good.

Itallian courtesy & hospitality at it's very best!
Our 1 bedroom apartment, with it's pleasant private garden terrace was very clean & spacious. Excellent fresh bed linen & towels. The amenities are basic but all we needed, we even cooked a lovely pasta meal for ourselves one evening. Brits take note no kettle, so if you're not happy to boil your water in a pot (literally couple of minutes) then bring a travel kettle. The Manager Salvatore & his charming wife were so helpful to us. The whole team are warm & friendly, special mention to Steffano who was amazingly kind, efficient & became a good friend! Nothing is too much trouble for the San Ressore family! Not to forget the excellent restaurant chefs who certainly did Italian cuisine proud & even baked lovely cakes for us to enjoy with our afternoon coffees at the delightful pool area. This is a real heaven after a busy day sightseeing. So enjoyable in fact we stayed at the complex rather more than we intended! Perhaps having a car would be easier to travel around the area as there is only a local bus which runs to the main train station in Pisa and ceases around 8pm. As we did not have a car we relied on the bus/trains and taxis, but considered this a willing compromise to enjoy the beautiful & chilled vibe of the complex. There is a small but extremely well stocked local store literally 3 minutes walk away, along with a fruit shop & butchers for lovely fresh cold meats/cheeses/wine etc. All you need to keep your fridge fully stocked! Local restaurants are 10 minutes walk.

Thank you for the good judgment. It was a pleasure to meet and make your stay in Pisa and at the Residence San Rossore as pleasant as possible. I believe that at the end of the season we will be richer than friends and experiences: it is very nice to meet different people from different countries: we all come out more enriched, more aware of the great gift that is life. For next year we have planned the renovation of the pool lining and the improvement of some furnishings and equipment, to make the stay at the Residence San Rossore ever more unforgettable. Un piacevole soggiorno a Pisa
Eccellente esperienza presso il residence S. Rossore. Il sig. Salvatore e la moglie sono due persone gentilissime. Sempre disponibili a fornire utili indicazioni sul soggiorno in generale e sui locali di Pisa. La struttura è molto bella e ben curata. Nessun punto debole. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Sobere, rustig gelegen maar prima familie-appartement. Schoon. Nadeel dat de badkamer grenst aan 1 slaapkamer. Dus mensen v d ene slaapkamer moeten steeds door de andere slaapkamer om in de badkamer te komen. Toeristische attracties zijn op zo'n 1.5 km afstand. Ontbijt heeft weinig keus en is bijna alleen maar zoet. Voor een doorreis is dit prima.

Badly described, we had to leave and find another hotel. Miles from anywhere ,no evening restaurant, no spa facility. This was in fact a family self catering complex with a pool. Run by helpful family, but not at all as described, no disabled facility and you need a car to stay here.

Prima hotel, heerlijk zwembad. Goede uitval basis voor Pisa. Wij hebben via de receptie twee fietsen met kinderstoeltjes gehuurd, ideaal. De hele file naar de toren fietste wij zo voorbij en ook voor in de stad reuze handig.

Great place for family holiday
The apartment is spacious (we stayed in the house no. 2) We were satisfied with the equipment such as fridge, small cooker, dishes etc. which made it possible to prepare some small meals. When it is hot outside, you appreciate the AC (in our case we had two, one in the living part and the second one in the bedroom). The compound is situated in a quiet residential area, it is really nice, you can park your car there, it is full of green areas, therefore you have your own privacy. Since we were before holidays, we could enjoy the swimming pool for our own.The best way to get to the city centre is by car, it takes about 15 minutes. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

Comfortable apartments just outside Pisa.
The apartments are fairly modern and pretty well equipped for a quick meal from the stove or breakfast. Unfortunately our fridge didn't work and although the receptionist said she'd send someone over they never arrived. As we were there only one night it wasn't a disaster.

Location is quiet and within a five minute drive to the city centre. Pool for a nice cool down on a hot day. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Would be great is you were travelling with some children

Semester på San Rossore
Hotellet är väldigt enkelt och funktionellt och kanske främst tänkt till bilsemester men man kan klara sig utan bil om man inte är ömfotad. Gångavstånd (2 km) till området kring lutande tornet och till en billig supermarket (PAM). (OBS.. Trafiken i PISA är av en annan kaliber än i Sverige så var försiktig). Allting på hotellet är välskött och rent. Hotellpersonalen är trevlig men behöver lite stöd i kommunikationen av google translate. Jag rekommenderar detta hotell. Utmärkt om man är en familj som vill få ut mycket av sin vistelse för lägre budget.

The hotel was about a 3km walk from the city of Pisa along a rather run down road and under a railway bridge. The bus service was good but only went every hour. The apartment itself was large but very damp and the floors were not very clean at all. In the bathroom there was layers of mould under the door. This was made even more poignant as we were charged with a 50 Euro cleaning bill at the end of the stay! The staff were friendly and the nice pool was appreciated.

Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Rent og fint i leiligheten. Helt basic utstyrt kjøkken, men dersom man ikke planlegger mye matlaging på egen hånd fungerer det helt greit. Området var stille og rolig, koselig å høre kirkeklokken i nabolaget. Ikke mange butikker i nærområdet. Vi var fornøyde med å ha leiebil. Kjempefint utgangspunkt for utflukter i Toscana.
