Very clean! Loved that there was no carpet, fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook. Bathroom showers had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The beds were super comfy. Best of all it was about a couple minute walk from the pier and all the restaurants and shops. On the last day there was a parade for the clam festival so it was fun to watch from the small balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Ocean casita

Beautiful place, clean lots of storage walk to beach n places to eat and shop. Had a little problem with a tenant about the parking, but was quickly resolved by parking passes.We did have a problem with water overflowing in the bathroom but was quickly resolved.The three sisters were very quick to reply to anything we needed we had a great stay!

Love love love the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at this location, we have stayed in two different condos here and both were extremely nice, comfortable and clean. My only suggestion would be, make the thermostat accessible to the guest. Other than that, we loved it. We had a great time and loved the condo. ♥️

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Son & Fiance flew in from Ohio for a wedding in the area. This condo was perfect for our stay. While they were out doing 'wedding business' we had a wonderful time exploring the area. We did not drive anywhere! The condo is very clean and set up perfectly. The multiple texts from the property management were appreciated, clear instructions. We would love to stay here again in the future. *The ability to use our VRBO OneKeyCash would be nice.

Good Pismo location

House was very clean, kitchen stocked with essentials, bathrooms were stocked as well. you can hear street noise from the unit, but the complex itself was quiet.

Perfect weekend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay! Great location, right in the heart of downtown. We walked to the beach, just a few blocks down and walked to Scorpion Bay Coffee, The Cracked Crab and Breewaway Cafe ( were favorites). Parking was very convenient, the complex was secured/ safe and condo was very clean. We received clear instructions from the management. Check in and out process was seamless. Highly recommend!

3rd visit to Pismo

The property is great. My only challenge was the master bedroom is located next to a busy street. So the traffic was a little loud. Also, the security gate shares the same wall as the bed, so as people walked in, the gate would slam- which was very loud. But the owners have no control over that. The owners were super organized, loved the color coded keys and lock box. Everything was in pristine condition.

We came into a dirty room that may have looked clean but wasn't. Toe nail clippings on our bed and on the kitchen floor, medium length black hair hanging on the walls of the tub. Super gross. To top all off someone at management refused to accomodate us a few more hours for check out after i explained it was for medical reasons saying and I quote "I'm sorry - the reason your late checkout request was declined is due to a very strict schedule that we must follow at this time. Checkout remains at 11:00 a.m." So this basically forced us to make a decision to leave a day early even though we had paid for it. Later as we were leaving someone else trxted me saying we could stay the few hours after check out but by then it was too late our R&R time was ruined and cut short by the first person who responded. Its not enough to say sorry we will do better next time for the dirty apartment and sorry we have a strict schedule to go by for a few hours more for checkout. Its the end of September and the beginning of fall. I had luckily brought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned everything. You only get ONE chance to make a good impression in hospitality and seven sisters vacay rentals falls short in both (cleanliness and accommodation) aspects. The unit itself, location and courtyard are good.
