  • Our beach retreat is the perfect vacation spot, whether you're looking for a quiet getaway or a fun-filled adventure. Ocean Casita features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a spacious living room with a high-end sleeper sofa for extra guests. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom also has a queen bed. Additionally, the living room offers a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. SmartTVs are available in both the living room and both bedrooms.

    While there are plenty of nearby restaurants to explore, the chef-grade kitchen might tempt you to stay in and cook, enjoying the comfort of the living area. All the essentials are provided, and for week-long rentals, a mid-week cleaning can be arranged upon request.

    The condo comes with one assigned parking space and is located on the ground level. Additional parking can be found on neighboring streets.

    Within minutes of walking, you'll find wine tasting, biking and hiking trails, beach activities, excellent restaurants, and cozy coffee shops. Day trips to Hearst Castle or Big Sur will take you to some of California's most stunning cliffs and hidden beaches. Nearby attractions like Morro Bay, Cambria, and San Simeon (home to the elephant seals) are perfect for exploring.

    The condo is just south of San Luis Obispo (voted one of the top 5 happiest cities) and close to numerous vineyards. San Luis Obispo hosts California's largest farmers market every Thursday night year-round, and Avila Beach has a charming one every Friday night during the summer. You'll find great shopping, delicious seafood, and restaurants for every taste. Antique lovers will enjoy exploring Arroyo Grande.

    For adventure seekers, kayaking in Shell Beach is a thrilling experience as you paddle through caves and along cliffs. You can also hike Bishop's Peak, go whale watching, or enjoy deep-sea fishing out of Morro Bay or San Luis Bay (near Avila Beach). Several public golf courses are nearby.

    If you prefer to relax, grab a beach towel, stroll down to the beach, and unwind with a good book. The options are endless!

    Sleeping and Parking Accommodations: Both bedrooms have a queen bed, and the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa. Parking is available for 2 cars: one assigned covered parking space, with additional parking available in the guest parking area or on neighboring streets. There is an elevator from the parking garage to the unit. The unit is not handicap compliant.

My husband and I really felt at home at Ocean Casita. Beds were so comfy to sleep in. Had a great time making breakfast and everything we need was there. The only thing negative I can say at about our stay was the garbage trucks gong by in the morning it was quite loud.

Very clean! Loved that there was no carpet, fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook. Bathroom showers had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The beds were super comfy. Best of all it was about a couple minute walk from the pier and all the restaurants and shops. On the last day there was a parade for the clam festival so it was fun to watch from the small balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Ocean casita

Beautiful place, clean lots of storage walk to beach n places to eat and shop. Had a little problem with a tenant about the parking, but was quickly resolved by parking passes.We did have a problem with water overflowing in the bathroom but was quickly resolved.The three sisters were very quick to reply to anything we needed we had a great stay!

Good Pismo location

House was very clean, kitchen stocked with essentials, bathrooms were stocked as well. you can hear street noise from the unit, but the complex itself was quiet.

We walked to the beach, just a few blocks down and walked to Scorpion Bay Coffee, The Cracked Crab and Breewaway Cafe ( were favorites). Parking was very convenient, the complex was secured/ safe and condo was very clean. We received clear instructions from the management. Check in and out process was seamless. Highly recommend!

My only suggestion would be, make the thermostat accessible to the guest. Other than that, we loved it. We had a great time and loved the condo. ♥️

3rd visit to Pismo

The property is great. My only challenge was the master bedroom is located next to a busy street. So the traffic was a little loud. Also, the security gate shares the same wall as the bed, so as people walked in, the gate would slam- which was very loud. But the owners have no control over that. The owners were super organized, loved the color coded keys and lock box. Everything was in pristine condition.

While they were out doing 'wedding business' we had a wonderful time exploring the area. We did not drive anywhere! The condo is very clean and set up perfectly. The multiple texts from the property management were appreciated, clear instructions. We would love to stay here again in the future. *The ability to use our VRBO OneKeyCash would be nice.

We came into a dirty room that may have looked clean but wasn't. Toe nail clippings on our bed and on the kitchen floor, medium length black hair hanging on the walls of the tub. Super gross. To top all off someone at management refused to accomodate us a few more hours for check out after i explained it was for medical reasons saying and I quote "I'm sorry - the reason your late checkout request was declined is due to a very strict schedule that we must follow at this time. Checkout remains at 11:00 a.m." So this basically forced us to make a decision to leave a day early even though we had paid for it. Later as we were leaving someone else trxted me saying we could stay the few hours after check out but by then it was too late our R&R time was ruined and cut short by the first person who responded. Its not enough to say sorry we will do better next time for the dirty apartment and sorry we have a strict schedule to go by for a few hours more for checkout. Its the end of September and the beginning of fall. I had luckily brought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned everything. You only get ONE chance to make a good impression in hospitality and seven sisters vacay rentals falls short in both (cleanliness and accommodation) aspects. The unit itself, location and courtyard are good.
