“The building is a classic, older one that looks great. The location is close to Oceano, Grover Beach, and Pismo Beach. Nice overall environment. Friendly, positive, owner always ready to help out with anything we needed. We didn't need anything, but definitely felt at home. We'll return if we get a chance!”

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay.”

“It is a beach house! It is perfect for what it is. It is not fancy. But it was comfortable for our family of 6! Kitchen worked well for us. It was hotter than usual for the Grover Beach area. Thankful for screened windows, fans and a fair air conditioner! A short walk to the beach. Were able to see a launch from Vandenberg! Great parks for our 3 yr old grandchild, were nearby! Host, Jon were quick to reply when we reached out. Couldn't have been better! Also had left us an unexpected……

“Hosts were incredibly responsive and quick to respond. Kitchen is fully stocked for whatever you would need or want. Clearly they put a lot of thought into what you might need or have forgotten. Love that they provide lots of beach equipment so you don't have to bring your own. The game room is a fun addition to your hang time at the house. Be mindful of steep stairs if you have little ones or older family members.”

“The home was very clean and organized. Traveling with our daughter and grandchildren. With the three bedrooms and one with three twin beds, it was ideal. Beds were comfortable and the extra parking spots on the property is an added plus. It's an easy walk into downtown area. Central enough for a short drive to the beach in Avila and Solvang. While we always bring our own coffee, having a drawer full of coffee pods and sugar provided was a nice surprise. Kitchen is well appointed. ……

“The house was very clean and comfortable. It had a well stocked kitchen and everything was in working order. The number of steps into the house was never mentioned and it could be difficult for older visitors. We had a good time with numerous places to hang out both inside and outside.”

“The place was great & location. I do recommend to family & friends. The only thing I wish is that there was an iron & iron board and that there was a 800 number to speak to somebody.”

“The location to Grover Beach/Pismo Beach was very good. Also it is close proximity to picking up groceries or having Instacart deliver. The only down side was not having extra bedding in the rooms in case it is needed during a more than two night stay. Other than that it was great. Also a word of advice if you want to drive on Grover beach to hang out they have a 1000 car maximum so you need to go early pick up yourv $5 pass with In and Out access and you will be set.”

“The cottage is cozy and clean. it was perfect for our trip. We had the best time make sure you get the chippers cookies they are fantastic. Our hosts were just great I would highly recommend the Cottage. We hope to visit again soon.”

“Amazing place and an amazing host!”

“Amazing location and host!”

“The downstairs toilet did not flush adequately, the upstairs shower water pressure wasn’t too good and the coffee creamer they supplied was bad.”

“Great home for family entertainment. My family had a great time and felt very safe. Had good communication with the host. Definitely coming back!! Highly recommend!!”

“Great cottage style 2 bed 2 bath home in Arroyo Grande with an amazing territorial view of the town. Every detail about this home is wonderful - coffee maker, ice machine, hot tub, 2 bidet toilets. It's well stocked with the right supplies to make your stay extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the location, walked to town regularly to hang out, have breakfast, lunch or dinner and enjoy music. The main house on the property is great, and the guests were always great to meet for a quick hello. We……
