“Great location! We walked out to the beach and pier several times each day. Home is spacious and in good condition, online photos and descriptions are accurate. The home is a little noisy as the stairways are open - on the first floor we could hear folks talking on the third due to open stairways. Rooftop balcony is great for picnics and enjoying the view. Would definitely stay again - good value.”

“Excellent place to stay in Pismo Beach. House was clean and met our needs for our vacation. The best part was being able to bring our dog. In the past we’ve stayed at beach hotels on the CA coast and you can’t leave your dog in the room. With this place we were able to bring our dog along with us for all of our daytime excursions and we were able to enjoy a nice dinner at a restaurant in the evening leaving our well-behaved dog at the house. Great vacation!”

“We had an amazing time at this location! Seven of us stayed for a full week. It had a great layout with our older kids. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was clean and with the key code front door, it was super easy for our older kids to come and go as they pleased. It was 2 blocks from the ocean and so close to a bunch of restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere with no issues. It was clean and having a garage was really nice for all our beach toys and bikes. We had no problem parking……

“We came in with two sets of grand parents to attend an event in San Luis Obispo. House was very easy to find, walkable to the beach. Fins Bar & Grill by the beach had a local band performing. Morning breakfast at Station Grill, the place was perfectly located. Everyone slept well in each King Bed. All the basic amenities you would want for a little getaway.”

“We were in town with family for a memorial service and this house worked perfectly. It is very well stocked and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the rooftop with fire pit. My only complaint is the kitchen table is very small for a group.”

“Although we enjoyed our stay , it would have been perfect had the toilet in the master bathroom was working properly! We had to wait a day for the problem to be corrected. Also the furniture was a bit low for people who are taller.”

“We loved our stay at the property. We came with our two kids and the place was perfect. It’s exactly how it looks in the pictures. Super clean, very fast and easy check-in. Great communication with the host when I had any questions. We made some meals here and the kitchen has everything you could need. I also loved how close it is to everything, we walked to the beach and into the main part of town every day with the kids. Highly recommend. 5 stars all around!”

“Here is my review and I would give the rental 4 stars. I would expect some nice amenities in order to give them 5 stars and this place had the bare minimum so didn't qualify for a top notch review. Nice, bright and airy space overall. The home was clean and the location is good. The beds are comfortable. The coffee service was excellent. However, there are some deficiencies that should be addressed: house was over-perfumed with plug in air fresheners only 4 ceramic dinner plates in a house……

“This was a great property, with very easy access to beach. Rainy weather was the only downside to the whole vacation but we made the best of it and this property helped. Lots of space and very comfortable beds.”

“Good location to golf courses, wineries, and restaurants. Property itself could have been a bit cleaner i.e., countertops were a bit sticky, and the coffee pot was dirty. However, no clutter and everything was neat. Called the property manager our last day to inform her that the master bedroom bathroom fan needed to be repaired.”
