"We did a long weekend getaway with 8 total friends (all adults) and this place was perfect, esp if you like walkability. The stairs down to the beach is 2 blocks away and downtown Pismo Beach was a 10 min walk where you can get good coffee and food. We all really appreciated how everyone could have their own rooms (with king size beds) and almost everyone had their own bathroom. "A couple of nights in this beautiful rental. Close to everything you need in walking distance. Including groceries, resturants, the beach and pier. It was a family stay, adults were happy, the kids wanted more to do at the rental. The beds were very hard. No padding. Condo is very nicely decorated and nicely supplied with towels, blankets and kitchenware. "
