DOG-FRIENDLY: Well-behaved dogs are cordially invited to join you! (Please note: Exclusive to dogs only; a nominal pet fee of $50 per pet, per day applies).

SECURE CHECK-IN: Experience effortless entry with our state-of-the-art self-check-in keypad system. Prior to check-in, guests must sign the rental agreement, complete a required ID check, and authorize a security deposit or damage waiver.

HOUSE RULES: Maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This property is listed as not suitable for children and infants. No parties, smoking, or unapproved visitors allowed. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Please be mindful of noise and respectful to our neighbors. There is a 10 pm noise curfew in the neighborhood. Neighbors may call local law enforcement if noise levels are excessive after hours.
- Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside or outside of the home. Smoking will result in a $1,000 fee.
- Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee per pet.
- Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fee per guest per night.
- We do not permit parties or gatherings at the home. Parties and gatherings will result in a $2,000 fee in addition to the unauthorized guest fees and immediate cancellation of your reservation with an escort off of the property by law enforcement.
No Firearms: For the safety and security of all guests and the property, the possession of firearms or any other weapons is strictly prohibited on the premises.
We don’t rent to local residents of Pittsburgh—this helps us maintain a vacation-friendly atmosphere.
You Break It, You Buy It: Please report any damages immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement for damages.
