Cathy checked us in last night and she was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean. No complimentary coffee, but their is coffee in the room. If you want breakfast, I definitely recommend you book it when you book the room.

Overall a typical stay. Bed had a stain on the bedspread. The bathroom was fine but no little extras at the sink. Lots of slamming doors and loud voices in the hallway. Dining counter was managed by one lady who also did the cooking. She had to service the line of people to place their order, take payment, and then run to the back kitchen and make each order and...bring it to the table. Typical cutting of corners to not have enough staff and overworking good people. Do better Marriott

Confortable bed. Breakfast is not a buffet fyi you order a set item. The outlets near my bed were very loose, almost could not stay in. Staff was excellent.

Overall I would recommend this hotel. Don’t bother with the breakfast add on, but I will say the lady working breakfast was so sweet. The options are slim and it’s not a buffet. Front desk was good. We asked to switch rooms because ours had a very strong rubbing alcohol smell and it wasn’t an issue. I would ask for a room without adjoining door as they aren’t very sound proof. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Don’t add breakfast
There was no cold water in the shower. The water was so hot we could not get in the water at all without burning our skin. The woman that makes breakfast was very rude to myself and my husband. She was very polite and professional to my mom and dad who were in line in front of us. When myself and my husband stepped up to order she was very rude and judgmental. The food was not very good and they were unable to make two out of five actual cooked breakfast meals they offered. The front desk woman was very polite and kind. She was the best part of the experience. Thank you!

The hotel is nice and staff were great. The only issue was lack of attention to snow/ice removal. The parking lot was horrendous. For guest safety they need to be more diligent about treating the lot when bad weather hits.

The common areas and guest room are very nice. While the room was nicely furnished and clean for the most part, the bathroom floor needed to be washed. Also, one of the light bulbs above the bathroom vanity had to be removed because it was blinking on and off, the tissue box was empty, and there was no hair dryer - disappointing for such a nice hotel!

The staff were very helpful throughout the stay. The manager on property on December 18 was so accommodating when I had to cancel my additional overnight booking due to inclement weather. Our room and the lobby looked very clean and up-to-date decor wise. The pool area was a little rough though. The phone to reach the front desk didn’t appear to work, and partially fell off the wall when I tried to use it to ask for more towels. The switch for the hot tub jet timer looked like a bit of a safety hazard too.

Great stay
Excellent. My favorite part was the fire pit. But they removed the outdoor couches and put in tables and chairs. Not as conducive to relaxation. Also would be nice if they had coffee for all.
