Great for Extended Stays!
Summary:
Welcome to our home! This amazing home is a great place to stay for an extended period of time! Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and tools you will need! We are 10-12 mins to downtown, or take the bridge over to Lawrenceville! We are close to the universities, hospitals, and more! All are between 5-10 minutes drive. Conveniently located near local breweries and music venues in Millvale! We'd be happy to host you!
Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis.
The Space:
With two cozy queen beds, a fully equipped kitchen with a keurig, utensils, and cooking supplies, and lots of closet space and seating in the living room, our duplex is the perfect place to unwind after a day in the city. However, note that the first full bathroom is on the second floor, and the second full bathroom is in the basement. It's our joy to make your stay comfortable and memorable!
Guest Access:
Guest enjoy exclusive access to the entire unit. Each unit on the property has its own private entrance. The driveway, patio, and backyard are the only common spaces; these are shared with a neighboring tenant
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is known for its family-friendly ambiance. Our neighborhood is home to a variety of attractions, such as parks, schools, and nearby businesses, and is composed of both residential and commercial communities. The township is a desirable and well-connected place to call home because of its beautiful scenery and convenient access to Pittsburgh's downtown and other nearby areas.

Acrisure Stadium: 10 minutes by car, 47 minutes by bus
Downtown (neighborhood): 12 minutes by car, 30 minutes by bus.
University of Pittsburgh: 13 mins drive, 57 mins by bus
Carnegie Mellon University: 15 minutes by car, 58 minutes by bus
Pittsburgh Zoo and Aquarium: 8 minutes by car, 38 minutes by bus
Oakland (neighborhood): 13 minutes by car, 57 minutes by bus
Shadyside (neighborhood): 16 minutes by car, 1 hour, 3 minutes by bus
