Pittsburgh Visit

We had a terrific stay! The apartment was large, well stocked and very comfortable. Our communication with the host was great. They were responsive and very friendly. We will definitely think of this place next time.

Pitt Panthers

It is about a mile walk from this property to the center of the Pitt campus. There are sidewalks the entire distance. There is unmetered curbside parking next to the property.

Ind Loft Shadyside Oakland 4

Overall, a very nice property. There is a lot of construction around the area but we were able to navigate around. Unit was clean and well-stocked and manager was very responsive to our questions. Only downside is IF you bring a dog, know that there are no green spaces around the area. We had to walk our dog 2 blocks over to find a small area of grass so he could relieve himself. Not a game changer if you don't bring pets. Our daughter lives in North Shore/downtown area and we could easily get there within 15 minutes.

Perfect place to stay…

I had a great experience renting this property right from the beginning. The host was kind, helpful, and responsive to any inquiries I had. From the time I arrived everything went smoothly. The property was easy to find and access. It was clean and safe. The apartment blew me away… it had such character, and different from anything I have seen before. The skylight ceiling was amazing and I loved the big bedroom windows. It was under a mile walk to the University of Pittsburgh and other cool shopping areas. I was glad I paid for the indoor parking space. It was convenient and less stressful than trying to find a spot on the street.
