Good: •Comfortable bed•convenient location•free off street parking•robovac provided•quiet and large unit.Neutral: •Standard response when a concern was raised was “I’ll let the team know” with no follow up; •limited bedding after asking for a blanket and getting no follow through (I had to go buy a summer blanket as the weather was warm); •narrow, steep steps to get to unit;•one comment said there was outdoor space (unless they meant the ugly patch of weeds in front, I have no idea what they were talking about).Negative:•Toilet seat was wrong size for toilet and unpleasant to use•Cookware with substantial scratches in finishes of most pieces. Several Pieces should be discarded as unsafe to use.•Took me 2 days to realize that the floors were COVERED with dog hair. Went to use robovac and found it totally clogged with dog hair and tissues. Cleaned it and ran it 3 times before it came back clean. Dirty sock left behind by previous tenant and in an place that should have be easily identified (bare floor and just under bed)•Uncomfortable, worn and dirty couch with dirty decorative pillows•What was described as an ergonomic chair is either broken or of terrible quality – it slanted so far forward, it was barely useable and certainly not “ergonomic”•Overall run down furniture (dining room table, stained curtains, cracks in ceiling)
