「Very nice! We enjoyed our stay very much!」

「Its an interesting experience in that we thought we were staying at a hotel/ inn. The pictures and the website lead one to believe that but when we got there, we saw a motel. Nothing wrong with that but we felt we had been misinformed. They push the pcitures of the Club room which looks like an inn/ restaurant but that is the front of the building but attached to it is the motel where you stay. Again, once we knew that, we were fine but honestly, we were looking for more of an Inn or a hotel/...

「Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed...

「Nice spacious room and very comfortable. Pretty quiet since Summer is off season. Only downside was it was very hot when we visited - common areas were not adequately air conditioned. Also, main restaurant/brewery was closed. We did enjoy are stay and is a nice central location in the Bershires.」

「This was a beautiful hotel close to the best part of North Adams. The gallery on the lobby floor gives it an upscale vibe but without too high a price tag. It was very convenient for our college visit to Williams College. It was very quiet even directly across from the elevator. The beds were very comfortable. The coffee was good. But,my one note would be there wasn't anything else offered for breakfast that my picky eater teenager would eat.」
