Perfection! Elvis made incredible drinks that was equally esthetically pleasing. The view from our room and every area of the resort was top tier. One of my favorite places we have stay in our 4 trips to Belize.

Fantastic stay! The rooms were beautiful, clean and tastefully decorated and equipped. The property is breathtaking and well kept. We stopped at many hotel resorts on the way, checked them out and none compared to this one. The included breakfast we were able to order of the menu was delicious, the staff extremely helpful and polite. The site offered lunch, and had a great bar. We had an unforgettable stay-recommend!!!

Fabulous design for this boutique, 12 room piece of paradise. The staff is like family and breakfast is free. Close to the village but in a quiet residential neighborhood. Only in its 2nd season so everything brand new. Stayed in the beachfront studio that has w/d, kitchenette and the sound of the gentle waves at night.

Kalimera was dream! We had the apartment which was a full kitchen, living room, lanai and well appointed bathroom. The staff was friendly attentive and thoughtful Iris, the cook, made a special point to have our favorite fruits available for breakfast- she delivered a delicious breakfast each morning and prepared fresh ceviche in the afternoon. Elvis the bartender, was available to mix your favorite tropical libation or create a Belizean favorite. They provided paddleboards, SUPs for our use, a must. The book exchange was nicely appointed. The location was perfect- about 20 mins from the village where there are many great restaurants to choose from. Rumfish for seafood and Tutti Frutti for dessert. Overall a great place that we will come back to!

Fantastic location. Probably the best in Placencia. Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Amazing beach, quiet location and best breakfast we had in Belize. Highly recommended!

Beautiful boutique experience with spacious, clean rooms, wonderful staff, a delicious hot breakfast to order, a great bartender and lovely pool and beach. We did not take advantage of all of the amenities, but they also have an outdoor yoga studio, paddle boards and kayaks. On a personal note, we were unable to get to our intended destination and had to book Kalimera last minute and they immediately turned a bad day into everything we had hoped for during our last days in Belize. Thank you, thank you!

This hotel is a little GEM! Small and cozy: you feel at home! The homemade breakfasts are a PLUS and the lady who cooks is adorable. I have not enough words to say how much I loved this modern and eco-friendly hotel!

This place is new for this season and wow did they hit it out the park. The staff and owners were just the best I’ve ever came across travelling. The food at breaky was top notch. The bar on the beach with Elvis as the bartender couldn’t have been any better. Honestly this place is the go to spot in Maya beach for comfort, relaxation, home feeling and just wish I could think of soo many other words to describe how this place made me feel. I can’t wait to go back. The access to the beach was stellar. Must stay if your in Belize. Little pricey to be honest but that was the only drawback and even then with all the other things involved maybe the price is where it should be.

Kalimera is a very welcoming new Eco Chic hotel. The owners and staff go above and beyond with their hospitality. They can arrange tours and provide advise to enhance your time in the area. The breakfasts were delicious. Elvis who managed the bar made excellent cocktails. The rooms are well designed for comfort and nicely situated for beautiful views. The surrounding resorts offered nice restaurants. This is the most relaxing vacation we’ve had in years. We will definitely return to Kalimera.

This property is a familly owned and managed resort. Hospitality to perfection. It is beautifully built with lots of lovely details. The team is totally content and you, as a guest, can definitely feel this. The place is beautiful calm and relaxing. Perfect hide out if you like to reset from busy life. Rooms are beautifully decorated, Did i alredy mention the great fluffy white towels? The comfy bed and the natural sound of the waves you wake up to? After a rainfall shower you go to breakfast. Everything is freshly prepared and best quality, you will love the breakfast. The beach site is prepared for you with hammocks comfy lounges or just fo for a nice walk along the soothing, warm waters. Kajaks or paddle boards are avable for you. Any tours, transportation, massages, pedicures, are organized for you. We stayed for one full week and occupied the "Honeymoon suite". Just an amazing experience, we will be back soon. In an excellent location, close to multiple restaurants, this family owned and operated boutique hotel demonstrates warm attention to detail and design, construction and service.
