「The place is not sound insulated at all! We could hear every bump and grind from the room above and every loud footstep as they moved about. The entry has no light over the door so it's impossible to read the unlit numbers on the entry keypad..speaking of which, who has a 10 digit entry code that you can't memorize and requires you to open the email with the code in it every time you need to get in?
