“LOCATION”

“This was a beautiful hotel close to the best part of North Adams. The gallery on the lobby floor gives it an upscale vibe but without too high a price tag. It was very convenient for our college visit to Williams College. It was very quiet even directly across from the elevator. The beds were very comfortable. The coffee was good. But,my one note would be there wasn't anything else offered for breakfast that my picky eater teenager would eat.”

“Our room had a high quality bed and pillows. Better than much more expensive hotels I've stayed at! Parking was super easy and it was very quiet even though they were sold out. I arrived super late because of an emergency at home and check-in went perfectly! Thank you!”

“Terrific staff. When we had to shorten her stay by one day they handled it beautifully. They warned us breakfast on Monday and Tuesday is pretty scant. It's a charming area of town and of the region also”

“Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed……

“Appealing common spaces, lovely selections at the coffee/tea station, library and games. Everything for a cozy respite in a great location. Walk to the local village and attractions, central to exploring the Mohawk Trail.”

“I liked the gym, bed, pillows, TV stations selections. I didn't like the location of the room safe which was literally floor level and practically impossible to access. The couch in our room seemed to be missing a cushion to allow one to rest against.”

“The environment is beautiful, the location is good, the transportation is convenient, the room is comfortable and sanitary, the service staff is very warm, is willing to provide all kinds of help, breakfast is abundant. The facilities are very humanized, the network high-speed signal is good, the scenery outside the window is good. The design of the room decoration is also very distinctive. Cost performance is good, the next check in”
