「We liked being upgraded to a bigger room. Nice view from the balcony, but no sunset. Easy walk to bars and restaurants in la Mata.」

「The hotel facilities are very good, the reception is very helpful and friendly. Overall is very good. The only problem is the transportation, i had landed in Alicante Airport at 10:00pm but could find a shuttle bus available, i finally took a bus to be there. As it's only 5 mins distance by car, i was charged Eur 9.00 with every hour shuttle bus to Airport. If the shuttle bus service is charged and talking about 5 mins. i wondered customer needed to pay Eur 9.00 / seat and wait for almost 1 hr.」

「Sehr ordentliches Hotel. Zimmer,Bad, Frühstück alles sehr gut. Kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Wer will auch Tiefgarage vorhanden. Restaurants, Supermarkt usw. im direkten Umfeld.」

「The hotel has great staff and it’s a very well run hotel. The rooms are comfortable and very clean . I would say my only criticism would be the breakfast eggs and bacon and beans were all cold . The breakfast looks great and there is everything you could want .」

「Staff were brilliant and helpful, rooms were basic but clean, unfortunately the restaurant and bar were closed as it was out of season but it would have been nice to know that beforehand. Perfect location for La Mata only a very short distance to the town with lots of choice for bars and food. Request a sea view early if you want one. 」

「Big friendly Hotel with great outdoor pool and safe free public parking to the rear - the only thing that let down the Hotel was the early breakfast! (We had to leave at 6.00am and there was only coffee, juice & buns available - we would have expected more in a 4 star hotel)!!」

「Even though the hotel was about 3km out of the city it was very easy to get into the old city. The hotel is very stylish with a comfortable lounge bar and patio area and nice reception area.. The room was spacious with pleasant decor, air-conditioning and a very comfortable bed . Although I didn't partake breakfast was available at an extra cost.」
