"The property itself is beautiful, the beach and surrounding areas are beautiful and clean and not so busy. The customer service is exceptional. The only cons are that there is not an AC in the bedroom, only 2 fans so the heat and humidity was unbearable during the afternoon. Additionally, they have a fridge in the room with snacks that gets locked the night before you check out without warning. We left personal items (new beverages and snacks) in the fridge and were not given the chance to take them out."

"There were a lot of amazing things about this property, including the large rooms with working air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working while we were there and it was a lot of steps to get to our room from town every day. Also, our door was very hard to open and close and we notified the staff, but nothing was done about it. I also asked them to come clean the shower since there was hair in it from the previous guest. They did come and clean, but they didn’t clean the hair. The views were spectacular and the breakfast was delicious. So there were a lot of pros but a few cons. We stayed there for three nights and there’s not a lot of places to eat dinner nearby."

"Rented the property for 5 days for a family of 13 and it was more than adequate. The place is really nice and the rooms were spacious. June is the rainy season, and it did rain. Two of the rooms leaked so we had to move beds around to stay dry. The place is clean but showing signs of age. The pool area was just beautifully done with enough area for lounging or just hanging out with family. The best part was the in-house Chef, Daniel. He cooked some of the most delicious Mexican food plates enough for everyone. He was cheerful and very professional and so was Belem, the maid who took care of the cleaning. We could not have asked for a better Chef and host. We were told that the beach was a 15-minute walk from the property, but we were not told that walk was a bit dangerous because one has to walk alongside cars, trucks, 18 wheelers that come around corners and you have to stop and get out of the way. We rented a car and that made all the difference in the world. It is cheaper to do that than to take Ubers, Taxis or buses to places of interest. Each room has its own air conditioner but the rest of the house does not. It was pleasant but warm at times."
