The Space:
Modern 1-bedroom apartment, with capacity for up to 4 people, located in a building with a beautiful partial view of the ocean from the terrace, which has an incredible pool in which you will always want to stay. The apartment has smart televisions in the spacious living room and bedroom, 2 full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The beach is just a few steps from the building, with 24-hour security, gym and underground parking.

Guest Access:
As our guest you will have access to the entire townhouse as well as the building's common areas amenities.

The Neighborhood:
The condominium is 200 meters from the beach and a few steps from the famous 5th Avenue. Sensational location in the heart of Playa del Carmen, with quick access to restaurants, clubs and the different points of interest of the city.

Getting Around:
Due to the property's central location, you will be able to move to almost any point of interest walking or by bike, however, if you want, you can request a taxi at the reception of the building or rent a vehicle that you can park in our assigned lot.

Other Things to Note:
In order to keep our prices low, we don't include electric in longterm reservations (28 days or more).
For security and compliance with local regulations, a valid photo ID will be required from the primary guest at the time of pre-registration for the property visit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Interaction with Guests:
I give my guests independence, but I am available if they need me.
