Nice place

Excellent location and nice apartment with everything you need. The property manager Maurice was very responsive to questions. The apartment could use a little updating. TV in the living room would be nice. Wood on upper deck and stairs will need replacing soon but didn’t feel unsafe. Pool and jacuzzi were nice.

Great Location and Nice Grounds

The location was very convenient and the grounds were very clean and nice. The private hot tub was also very nice. The condo, however, wasn’t very private. The upstairs suite has no doors and it is the only room with a television. The living room nor the other bedrooms had televisions so there wasn’t a great place to chill. The upstairs balcony was cool, but was a death trap. The wood is rotting and we were scared to death that we would die walking up the stairs. There also was a significant amount of water damage to the cabinets in the condo. Maybe from a past storm. Overall, it needed some work especially for the price. Also, the hostels next door were crazy loud all night. Like a rave all night past 5 am. If you’re looking for convenience, however, it is very close to everything.

appartement très bien, hôte très bien , système d'eau parfait avec le concierge qui le livre a la porte , il faut s'attendre a un environnement bruyant , on attend la musique des bars environnant , prévoir des bouchons.
