位置极佳的酒店

位置极佳，距离海滩50米，港口，ADO , SKY DIVE，购入中心都在附近，但不吵。酒店门口和附近有很多一日团，比坎昆便宜。马桶比较老旧，浴室里水比较小，但是整体感觉是干净的。房间内没有wifi，泳池很小，针对白天出门晚上回来睡觉的人来说是个不错的选择。前台人很好，有求必应。

The wifi was a constant problem to keep connected. The room had a partial beach view which was nice. It was also overlooking the main public park in the city and it was LOUD.

Staff were fantastic, location was great, loved the tub and room was very spacious. Bed was super hard and pillows were poor. A/C was not working. I really loved how you could leave key at desk and go to the beach and not worry about having any thing 'misplaced' while at beach.

El hotel y el servicio excelente así como la limpieza del mismo, Miguel nos atendió con mucha cordialidad. Solo la piscina nos dejó decepcionados ya que a pesar de que le habían dado mantenimiento el agua no se veía limpia y en consecuencia no pude meter a mi bebé como deseaba, pero en términos generales un excelente hotel al que sin duda regresaría.

*Please read me before booking* The only reason I gave this hotel two stars is because of it’s proximity to the beach & 5th Ave location is incredible. Where to start… First off if you are renting a vehicle this is not the place to stay, as you have to park about 10 minutes away, it’s around $300 pesos a night for parking. Then you have to bring/carry all of your luggage on the bumpy roads. It’s not what I wanted to be doing on vacation… the room itself I’ll post a video and pictures. I think I took it was decent nothing fancy but not bad. The shower water pressure was terrible. I was told not to put any toilet paper at all ever in the toilet, which is interesting because I think a toilet is for toilet paper, but if I did put any TP in there, it would just clog up, so I adhered to the instructions that were given to me. The bed is extremely uncomfortable very hard. Some positives to throw in here are the people that work there are very, very very nice. Everyone is polite and kind and helpful. I’m sure I’m missing some things here but overall the location was fantastic, and for the money to be on the beach, it might be worth it to somebody, but it’s not worth it to me. I’d rather pay more money and stay in a nicer place. Lesson learned.

Our room was on the first floor steps from the pool with a large patio. Pros: it is very close to the front desk. Con: there isn’t a table and chairs in every room...ours didn't have one. We got tired of sitting on our bed to watch tv, check emails, or other functions you'd be more comfortable doing at a table. The room was spotless and the beds comfy. Staff is super helpful and kind. The location of this hotel is the best...we were about 100 steps from ADO buses/5th Ave, where many people arrive into Playa, the beach, and the famous city park with the iconic sculpture. The ferry to Cozumel is 2 blocks away. We only had one night where noise was an issue from the beach. Locals had set up a pop up music event and it was still going at 7am. We stayed 21 nights, so that’s to be expected at some point. There are a couple of things you should be aware of that don't deserve a 4 star rating...the internet is aweful. You have to constantly unplug and plug it back in the reset it several times a day. The pool, although pretty, is just a cooling off pool, not a true swimming pool, but you are steps from a beautiful beach...do you need a pool!? It also needs some care...sand on the bottom and tiles coming off. I never saw it getting cleaned in the 3 weeks we were there. Rooms have a small fridge with a freezer that isn’t big enough to store a bag of ice in, so we had to buy zip locks to stow in the small space. (No Microwave either) Summary: worth booking we’ll return in 2027!
