As you enter, you are greeted by a spacious living room adorned with tasteful decor and illuminated by natural light streaming through large windows. The living area boasts a plush sofa set facing a sleek flat-screen TV, creating a perfect spot for relaxation and entertainment.
The open-concept kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, ample counter space, and a stylish dining table. The kitchen provides the ideal setting for culinary adventures, whether you're a gourmet chef or just looking to prepare a casual meal.
The two bedrooms are designed for ultimate comfort, each featuring a lavish king-size bed with premium linens and furnishings. The atmosphere is serene and inviting, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration or relaxation.
The property includes two meticulously designed bathrooms, offering both functionality and luxury. The bathrooms feature modern fixtures, spa-like showers, and high-quality amenities to enhance your stay.
Step outside onto the private living roof, a tranquil oasis where you can unwind and enjoy the fresh air. This outdoor space is perfect for al fresco dining, with a private grill ready for barbecues and gatherings.
The entire property is equipped with luxury amenities, including high-speed internet, air conditioning, and other thoughtful touches to make your stay truly exceptional. Although you'll never want to leave this oasis, AWA has some of the best common areas in all of Playa. To name a few of the amenities:

It is located in Playa del Carmen's most exclusive area, Playacar Phase 2. This is an extremely safe, gated community with direct beach access. The neighborhood is a mix of private villas and high end condo buildings.
AWA is well located being only a short walk to the beach, a quick cab ride to 5th avenue shopping, restaurant and bars, as well as central to all of the excursions you may want to do. There is a convenience store directly across the street where you can purchase snacks, basic groceries, drinks and some alcoholic beverages. Sam's club, Sorianas, and City Club are a few larger grocery stores that are just a few minutes away.
Although you can walk to most places in Playa del Carmen, a taxi ride is very inexpensive and an easy way to get around. If you prefer to rent a car, we can help organize this on your behalf to make the entire process much easier!
● ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.**
● Please notice we only provide bottled water (500ml), toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap at arrival, after that you must buy as you need. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person on the reservation.
●The cleaning fee you pay, only includes the cleaning and disinfection of the property before and after your reservation. Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels has an extra fee.
● You will be asked to use a bracelet during your stay. Please follow the complex rules.
● This is a smoke free property. Any smoking in the property may result in an additional cleaning fee.
** Please note that any refunds issued for any reason shall be minus the credit card or payment processing fees, since we are not able to recoup this amount from our end! **
