The Apartment is Located in a Building with a Rooftop with unbeatable 180° Ocean Views, a Spectacular Pool, a Gym, a Pool infront Lobby, a Convenience Store, a Jacuzzi, and an enviable Location, just steps from the Cozumel Ferry, the Bus Station, 5th Avenue, and the beautiful Beach with Turquoise Water.

Entering the Apartment, you'll find a 3-in-1 (Living, Dining & Kitchen) Open concept space with a Slide Glass Door as a visual highlight. The Kitchen is Equipped with everything you need for your Vacation.

Passing this area, there's the hallway that leads to the Bedroom, but before the Bedroom, there's the Bathroom with a Shower, Sink, and Toilet.

The Bedroom is at the back and has a Bed, 2 Nightstands, a Screen, A/C, a Closet, and a Desk for Home Work. It also has the glass slide door, if you open it... you´ll be at pool.

The Apartment is on the Ground Level of the Building. There are 2 elevators, Stairs, a Lobby, and in front of it, a Beautiful Pool. Also next to the Lobby is the OXXO Store (like a 7-Eleven).

On the Rooftop, there's another Pool with a Spectacular design and a 180° View of the Caribbean Sea... The Sunrises and Sunsets there are Dreamy.

As your Reservation date approaches, you´ll receive the necessary Information for your arrival, as well as your Access Code por Key Box.

The Elevators and Stairs are just in front of the Lobby. Go behind the Lobby Pool trough the hall and there you will find the Apartment you booked with us.
