Pictures don’t do it justice

Throughout our travels in Mexico, we have visited numerous places, but this Condo surpasses all others in terms of cleanliness, location, pool and beach access. The restrooms were fully stocked with plenty of tp and towels. It exudes a luxurious hotel-like ambiance.

Fabulous property, perfect location

Very clean and spacious condo with a beautiful view of the ocean. 2 minutes from your bedroom to the sand! Also very close to 5th avenue, so easy to get to everything you need. The unit has plenty of towels and pillows, comfortable beds, and A/C. They also helped us with a slightly early check in and late check out, to coordinate with our airport runs. We hope to be back soon!

Nice Condo

Condo was in good shape and well supplied. Staff was for the most part friendly and helpful. We were there during high season so it was pretty noisy. We had not been to Playa for 13 years and were shocked at how much the beach has eroded and at the sargassum situation. But we stayed at the exact same building 13 years ago and upkeep on the property has been good.

Beautiful views

We had a great stay. The place was very comfortable, spacious for our family of 6 and in a fantaetic location. The staff on site was very friendly and helpful when needed as well. I would like to recommend that the pool has some specific quiet hours so that families with children know when it will be appropriate to play at the pool without complaints from residents of noisy children. This may allow for other residents to know when they can expect some quiet relaxation time around the common pool without children playing around them. The only actual complaint I haf was that the wifi would cut out intermittently. Other than that fabulous!

Beautiful condo!

I was concerned about not seeing any reviews on VRBO but there are reviews on other sites. Condo was very clean, kitchen was recently updated and it's beautiful. Condo was large enough for the 5 adults. We ate our breakfast on the balcony every morning over looking the pool and the beach. Building staff and the property manager are very helpful and friendly. Only down side was the construction noise right in front of the condo door on Calle 6 but hopefully they will be done soon.
