Electricity consumption (KwH). Electricity must be paid for stays longer than 7 nights or more. Consumption will be calculated based on the difference between the meter reading at check-in and the meter reading at check-out.
Cleaning Service:
· Checkout cleaning, including dishwashing is included.
· For stays of 7 nights or more, one intermediate cleaning is mandatory and will incur an additional charge.
·For monthly stays, cleaning services every 15 days are mandatory and will incur an additional charge.
*Dishwashing is not included.
Cleaning services are not scheduled on holidays.
*Extra cleaning has an extra cost.
*Extra towels and/or lines have an extra cost.
*Change towels and/or lines has an extra cost.
There is an elevator however, guests may need to climb stairs to access certain areas of the property.
There may be potential for typical city noises as the property is located in the heart of downtown.
Failure to return the bracelets and keys provided at check-in will incur a $12 USD fee per item lost.
We do supply some home and bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, and some trash bags. Just note these items are not replenished.
The condo is located in a complex that provides 24/7 security.
Please also note that the property uses cameras on common areas. These cameras are strictly for security reasons only.
A security deposit of 500 USD may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Condominium administration offers additional services (subject to availability, changes without notice, and extra fees):

-Parking is limited and available at an additional fee, subject to availability. Please inquire at the main condominium reception upon arrival.
Important House Rules:
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking permitted; $200 fine applies.
- No parties or excessive noise; $200 fine applies.
- Wristband use is mandatory. Return wristbands and keys upon checkout to avoid charges for unreturned items.
- No cleaning services on holidays.
- 4th-floor pool is for adults only (18+).
- Failure to comply with regulations or misuse of facilities will result in a $200 fine.
- A $250 security deposit is required at check-in for each unit. This deposit will be fully refunded upon checkout, provided regulations are followed. Refunds may take 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.
