「I stayed here for four nights. My room and the bathrooms were very clean. Constantly saw workers throughout the day cleaning the bathrooms. The showers were always spotless. Felt super comfortable staying here as a solo female traveler. LOVED the included breakfast in the mornings- two plates of food and a cup of coffee. Tap water from the bathroom sink was perfectly fine to drink. Walking distance to the national park and beach. Very quiet in the evenings, had no issues falling asleep. Loved...

「We enjoyed this hotel very much. Our room was very clean, beds comfortable and upgraded washroom. It had the best water pressure in all of Costa Rica in our experience from similar hotels. 「Alma Vida was an amazing place to stay during our visit to Manuel Antonio/Quepos. The property and grounds were gorgeous and they had three beautiful pools. Breakfast was included, which we got every morning and was really good. It is also really close to a lot of restaurants, bars, and shops, which you can walk to. We also saw a lot of animals on the property, including iguanas, agoutis, and monkeys.」

「Slow time of year, and the staff couldn't muster enough energy to scoop dead bugs, spiders, and leaves out of the pool. I believe we were the only occupants at the entire facility. People playing video games in the parking lot at night, being too loud. Hole in the ceiling of the bathroom where a fan used to be; could see clear to the roof. Inadequate blanket on bed; not suitable for sleeping under. Lock on the door gave way if you pushed on the door hard enough. I've stayed here twice...
