“I am extremely disappointed with my stay at the Barcelo Tenerife. I specifically paid for a partial sea view room, but the room I was given had no sea view at all. When I contacted the reception to explain that the room did not match what I had purchased, I was simply told that there were no other rooms available. The issue is not just the lack of availability — it is that the hotel failed to provide the room category that was advertised and paid for. I expected the hotel to offer a meaningful……

“圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。”

“The staff were amazing. They were always ready to help and no question of mine felt ridiculous. It truly felt like home away from home. The food was excellent and worth every penny. Best paella ever. Extremely beautiful location. The closest hotel to the sea. We’re able to take walks along the rocky beach or even morning jogs. We really felt pampered and relaxed. The pillows were heavenly. I slept like a baby every night. Like sleeping on clouds. Reception is open 24/7 and you can actually see……

“The room was clean and beautiful. The staff was also very nice. Angela was a great bartender and made sure we had an amazing time everyday. The food at the bar especially burgers, chicken sandwich, oysters, were all really good. Breakfast was amazing. The only downside was we had lost our key late at night. When arriving at the hotel at 1-2 am I was told that there was not another key available and we would have to wait until 7 am for someone to get a key. We were scolded for losing it . Which I……

“Le personnel est agréable, l'hôtel en lieu même est bien situé et il y avait pas trop de monde . Par contre le buffet le soir pas exceptionnel et les boissons sont payantes même l'eau , la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous pour un 5 étoiles idem pour le petit déjeuner pas mal de produits congelés . Revoir vos dessert car ils sont sans saveur et pratiquement tout le temps la même choses.”

“Book this hotel for the unique experience! You feel like you are on a ship. The views are spectacular. The hotel itself is a 3 star. No A/C in the room. Only a ceiling fan with the patio door wide open to sleep. But it was lovely to hear the waves crashing all night. A relaxing experience”

“We stayed in the hotel for one night before flying home. It was very convenient, with its own car park, but we didn’t get to use facilities like the pool.The location is great - right next to a surfing beach, the restaurant menu looked great but we were too tired to use it and the staff were excellent. The room was a good size, with a small balcony looking over the beach - a safe provided and room facilities were good, only two negative observations- paper cups were provided for hot drinks……

“Passing through and needed somewhere to stay . This was ok BUT location is too remote ! It’s 30mins walk to beach and shops not less time as host advised . There is a shuttle service 5x / day .. it’s ok but was late by 30mins on arrival . Not a good start ! Very uneven surface if you decide to walk !NOT suitable for elderly or disability / children to walk this dirt track ! ”

“We stayed for a 50th birthday birthday and had a wonderful time. We stayed room only, we had a deluxe room which was spacious, it had a small kitchen, dining table, double/twin room with sofa bed and a balcony. Our was spotless, cleaned everyday The pool area was nice, pool games happening and the pool bar and food was lovely. All in all we had a great stay and were planning to go back again next year.”

“Air conditioning in our family appartment 157 wasnt very cool at all ,we did report it numerous times was told keep windows doors closed which we did and already knew to do anyway . They fix it so for 7 night's it was abit uncomfortable . Staff were very nice 👌 hotel spotless . Hopefully hotel fixes air conditioning in this appartment as would hate for another family to suffer like we did in the warmth . We had to buy fans to sit by our bedside ”
