「My husband and I had the most amazing vacation here for his 40th birthday! Truly the coolest and most unique place we’ve ever stayed! The Balinese-styled tented villas are luxurious and one-of-a-kind, fully stocked with every necessity. We stayed in a beachfront villa and my husband was able to surf right in front of our villa. 「Bathroom had a bug and fly problem. Pretty sure they came out of the drain. Dead flies kept on appearing. AC in the main room was fine, but barely worked in the other bedroom. No ac or vent fan in the bathroom, so it was like an oven. Only the book reading light worked in the main room. Fan and lights not working. Windows looked straight onto area where all the pool people are sitting so you either shut the curtains or just get used to everyone look at you through the window. Not the best.」

Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. Then Expedia tried to contact them to obtain the refund and they are not communicating with Expedia and now Expedia is not refunding me. 」

Found another number and someone showed up. Told us to deal with it or leave. On New Year's Eve we were going to leave at 8pm!! Exsteamly hostile..」

Kitchen was infested with ants and effectively unusable, forcing us to eat out. 3. Curtain rail in the bedroom was held together with duct tape and eventually fell down onto my children. 4.Beds were misrepresented in the listing. It advertised one King and two Queens; in reality, it was one Queen and two Double beds. 5. Only two towels were provided for four people....
