「Hubo un pequeño problema con el jacuzzi , pero el personal muy atento me cambió de habitación en cuanto lo reporte y me dieron un bono de $30 consumibles en el restaurante, por mi parte quedó muy satisfecho con la solución」

「We really enjoyed this resort, the staff was very helpful and always accommodating to us. We came in an off-season and felt like we were the only ones there. The food at the resort was good and the included breakfast was very tasty. Thank you to Michal, Charly, and Kevin for being awesome. I highly recommend walking the beach and taking in the views of the surfers and the mountain ranges that surrounded the resort.」

「No nos gustó la habitación. Algo menos que aceptable. El frigorífico no funcionaba, las ventanas no tenían mosquiteras, No era un sitio cómodo y agradable para estar. Pero la parte común, nos gustó mucho. Piscina e instalaciones limpias, bien cuidado y un buen servicio.」

「On new Year's Eve at 8pm ready to take a shower and go out we noticed no towels and 6" dirty standing water in shower. Went to off and called with no response. Found another number and someone showed up. Told us to deal with it or leave. On New Year's Eve we were going to leave at 8pm!! Exsteamly hostile..」

「Nothing about this stay was acceptable. If I could give less than one star, I would. 1. No hot water in the unit. 2. Kitchen was infested with ants and effectively unusable, forcing us to eat out. 3. Curtain rail in the bedroom was held together with duct tape and eventually fell down onto my children. 4.Beds were misrepresented in the listing. It advertised one King and two Queens; in reality, it was one Queen and two Double beds. 5. Only two towels were provided for four people....

「The villa required renovation and was in poor condition. The staff were reasonably helpful but the amenities were below standard. The pool and property position to the beach were great.」

「I'm sorry to say but be careful booking here. They did not honor our Expedia reservation and turned us away. We Just flew in and drove from San Jose then had to find another place. Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. Then Expedia tried to contact them to obtain the refund and they are not communicating with Expedia and now Expedia is not refunding me. 」
