“The sound of waves at night (when all is quiet but the sea) might be slightly to the loud side for those who are used to complete quietness when sleeping. However, I find it a lovely experience to hear the waves sing my lullaby and you don't get this experience if you live in the cities. (And it's the sound of the waves that remind you that your vacation is here!) When it is a sunny day, you wake up to a nice view - and it will make your day. “We had trouble with the lock box and getting into the property, it seemed like we had to do something different every-time to make the gates open. There is also no elevator so if u have someone with limited mobility this place probably isn’t for you. But we enjoyed our stay here very much, it’s clean and in a great location we will definitely come back! The ocean is right there and it’s 2 mins away from a good restaurant and a karaoke bar. “My family and I loved staying at Casa Arenales. The host gave clear instructions on how to get to the property since it was a little tricky finding it if you arent from the area but with the specific instructions we were able to find it with ease. House was clean and the ac’s worked wonderful. The area was very quiet and the house was well kept. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Unit is in a safe area, right off the beach. Photos helped provide a smooth check-in, from finding the correct building to signing onto the WiFi. Unit was clean and smelled very nice. We made good use of the washer and dryer and kitchen supplies. We totally appreciated the water bottles, snacks, and coffee! Beach items were also available. Unit is located near several great restaurants, including Ola Lola's Tiki Bar, which has an amazing peanut butter burger. We would definitely stay in this……

“ The property is located in a very good location, but it had so many cockroaches that we couldn't sleep or use the kitchen because the cockroaches were everywhere. I told the contact person and he didn't care at all. My daughters did not arrive when they found out about the plague that was in the apartment. Although it was not the intention, they never took responsibility and/or offered any compensation for the bad experience. In addition, it desperately needs a remodel, hotel price but it……

“We rented the full house for our family stay of 18 people. The house is so spacious! Very clean with nice added touches when we arrived like flowers on the towels. The house had everything we needed and then some! Communication was always very easy and any questions or concerns were always answered promptly. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property!”

“It was kinda hard to find especially coming in at night time. We found it eventually. The one thing I would recommend to the owner is once you give the code to get in you should allow the guest to change while they are staying. It was hard to sleep not knowing who had the code. Fix the sliding the door lock… Otherwise it had everything you needed and we were in the middle of everything food beaches stores! Real Authentic stay!”

“The beachfront condo was absolutely beautiful. It was cozy and very clean. My friend and I (2 females) traveling alone felt very safe at the condo. The terrace was stunning and we spent a lot of time out there looking towards the beautiful water. We enjoyed our vacation🏝️ Thank you for sharing your little piece of pardise with us.”

“Expectations versus realizations. I personally enjoyed the home as it is clean and cozy. Nothing extravagant but nice for the money. My sister was not quite as happy as she thought the carpets were not as clean as she thought they should be and one of the beds was damaged and not really useable. There was a foldout bed that did save the day but not the most comfortable. Overall small deficiencies but the stay was nice. A comfortable quiet location.”
