“Clean room, spacious, big bathroom, a bit outdated, and definitely the the two things I hated the most was the old towels and the old bed sheets besides that the staff was great and the food at the bistro was very good too. Felix at the front desk was great.”

“this place is very nice get a rental car bc there are BARELY any taxis especially after 9. There is a super market and clothing store in walking distance and many food/fruit trucks/vendors across the street beach was beautiful and the bar was amazing a very chill relaxing vacay”

“My partner and I had an amazing stay even extended an additional night. People and staff were amazing. The breakfast had limited options and small up charge for proteins but honestly was great. Can’t wait for our next stay! ”

“I would visit Puerto again just to stay here. I just loved the staff, including the resident cat-who I simply adore and miss. The area is so nice! I felt spoiled being able to chose between ocean and a lovely garden patio. The staff was really helpful as well.”

“La propiedad esta excelentemente ubicada. Todo bastante limpio y el personal muy amable. Cobran un “fee” por la mascota. En las noches se escucha bastante ruido de los carros ya que se ubica frente a la plaza pero definitivo que volveria a quedarme.”

“Grounds are beautiful. “Deluxe” rooms are outdated. Bathrooms system is very poor. Bathrooms plumbing is awful. Toilets Clogging and over flowing . Mildew and mold in the bathrooms. No furniture in the rooms and minimum outside terrace. Restaurant staff works diligently to try to keep up as they are constantly short handed. Bar and restaurant waiting was excessive. This is not a Four Star Facility. Disappointing”
