We reported the issue during the stay to staff member Rosalina, who acknowledged it and provided free parking as a goodwill gesture, but the problem remained unresolved. An alternative room offered could not accommodate 5 guests, so moving after settling in with children was not practical. There were also cleanliness issues (spiderwebs). The stay……
