“Nice and good service”

“Had an amazing stay, kids loved it. Great area for what we needed. Had a few minor issues but Michael was great, any issue we had he dealt with straight away. Would recommend for anyone visiting Anfield.”

“Property was very clean and all communication handled over WhatsApp. We were moved to a different building the day our booking was meant to start due to maintenance issues. This was all handled via WhatsApp. Reception in different building, 10min walk away. There were lots of stairs and convoluted hallways - this was difficult for my elderly mother. Sofa bed is actually just a hard sofa that folds at a 90 degree angle. I’d only put a child or person weighing less than 40kgs in it. Other beds……

“Great apartment in the middle of the city. It had everything i needed, comfy beds and full Kitchen, smart tv etc. I have stayed in 3 different apartment woth this company and will be coming back”

“Was clean and handy to everything ”

“We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.”
