「A lovely hotel with an excellent rooftop swimming pool and a convenient location. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience!」

「The room was clean and quiet given the location of the building. Not having staff available between Midnight and 8 AM posed a huge problem for us as we had an emergency and was not able to get a hold of anyone via phone nor text. A small item, providing free coffee in the lobby would have been nice.」

「An amazing hotel with exceptional service! The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and spotless, and the location is perfect—convenient, safe, and close to everything. As it was our first trip to Spain, we were deeply touched by the warm hospitality of the local people. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!」

「Very downtown, clean, convenient.」

「Very spacious apartment in the center of Madrid. Convenient location and all nice facilities.」

「飯店的位置很好，早餐非常美味」

Another concern relates to the design of the washroom area in the room. It does not have a proper door separating it from the...

「The hotel boasts a prime location right on Gran Via. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the air conditioning works exceptionally well, even in the sweltering heat of July.」

「The hotel was right next to Callao, Santa Domingo metro stations, and walkable to Sol and Plaza Espana metro station, and just across the street there is a 24H Carrefour supermarket, overall a super convenient location. Hotel staff was help helpful and nice, assisting us in any way they could. The twin room we booked was clean and stylish, just a little smaller than we expected. Good thing the toilet and shower room were separated. Too bad there was no view towards Gran Via, and the choices of...

「The staff are super helpful and friendly, front desk, concierge and the manager on duty are so efficient and helped us with all our needs」

「酒店的位置超級方便，就在我們遊客活動的範圍內的中心，步行基本上去到很多重要的地方。酒店職員也挺友善。」

「The service was brilliant , friendly staffs, very helpful for special needs. The location is perfect, few metro stations nearby. Convenience store just next to the hotel. The room is big , good enough for 3 ppl. 」
