「Nice place for the night」

「My favorite hotel in San Jose. 」

「Airport shuttle comes every half hour, and the staff from the airport was very helpful in directing people where to go. Nice big clean room. The only thing I was super disappointed in was the pool. The pool is the smallest pool I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Good thing we were able to use the pool at the sister hotel, Double Tree, which was much nicer. All in all, it was a good experience 」

「We arrived late in the middle of the night. We were lost at first for where to go in the excellent parade, but then the attendant had our keys and parking spot ready, very easy and relaxing checking. Wonderful room, nice beds and furniture. Amazing.」

「The absolute warmest people - that's what stood out to me the most. It's such a treat to get to sit at the breakfast table with Laurie, to hear her stories of a life well lived and to share my own. The breakfast was outstanding, made with love by Miriam who is so gentle and kind. The B&B is clean, cozy and well located. I took a long stroll around the neighborhood which was lush and quiet. An overall excellent experience. 」

「The property is well kept up. The rooms are basic, showing their age but clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was better than expected - coffee or juice, small fruit plate, then a larger plate with plantains, peas and rice, scrambled eggs, and what tasted like a hot dog. Everything was fine for the price and proximity to the airport 」

「The lobby was nice. The outdoor pool is cleaned would be amazing. There is not a Jacuzzi. But a kitty pool rather that may be slightly warmer than the actual pool. There is quite a bit of unfinished construction in the building. Horribly dirty floors. Our room was not ready for 2 1/2 hours after check-in. However, the front desk gave us a $60 credit to use at one of their restaurants which is actually pretty good. The beds are decent. They were unable to provide towels. 」
