La Régate "Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und hätten unseren Aufenthalt sehr gerne verlängert 🙂 Sehr schön grosszügige gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit großem, schönem Garten und sehr schöne Sonnenterrasse sehr zentral gelegen in Pleneufe. Zugang zum Haus über die dazu gehörige Garage. Alles was man braucht, fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Diverse Strände sind in der Nähe, wir sind allerdings meistens hin gefahren. 🙁 Wir wohnen Zuhause etwas ruhiger, dafür aber nicht so zentral."

La Régate "Tolles und sehr geräumiges Apartment in einer guten Lage. Auch mit einem kleinen Haustier ideal. Gut ausgestattet, ein Vorteil ist zudem die ausreichend große Garage. Vom Apartment aus erreicht man mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad schnell den Strand, auch sonst sind einige Highlights der nördlichen Bretagne mit dem Auto rasch erreichbar. Achtung: Wer sich die 120 Euro für die Reinigung sparen will und selbst aufräumt und putzt, sollte sehr genau sein. Besitzer sind extrem penibel, bei ein paar Kleinigkeiten fällt sofort die Gebühr an. Bei uns waren z. B. Fingerabdrücke auf einem Küchenkasten ein Makel. Und es wurde kritisiert, dass der Spiegel nicht geputzt war, einen Glasreiniger gab es im Haus aber nicht…"

Comme à la maison

Maison très spacieuse, très joliment meublée et décorée par les propriétaires, comme si c'était leur propre logement. On n'a pas l'impression d'être dans une maison faite pour la location. L'équipement est en nombre plus que suffisant, avec tout ce qu'il faut et même plus. On se sent donc "comme à la maison". Le jardin sur l'arrière est très tranquille et privatif. Et les propriétaires, Monsieur et Madame Guyot, sont très charmants et accueillants.

La Régate "Räume gut Lage schlecht. 🙂 Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr zufriedenstellen. Alle technischen Geräte waren vorhanden. Die Ausstattung insgesamt war gut. 🙁 Wir haben eine ganze Stunde bei 28 Grad Celsius auf die Übergabe der Schlüssel gewartet obwohl die Uhrzeit vereinbart war. Bei der Übergabe wurde uns fast nichts erklärt. Man sprach nur Französisch, obwohl eigentlich als Verhandlungssprache auch Englisch benannt war. Die Unterkunft war über 1,5 km weit vom Strand entfernt."

Grande maison très agréable, avec de beaux volumes et bien lumineuse. Placée à quelques mètres des commerces de proximité. Maison bien équipée et propre.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce logement joliment décoré et très fonctionnel. Tout était pensé pour notre séjour et nous gardons l’adresse. Attention cependant aux escaliers de la terrasse qui peuvent être dangereux pour un jeune enfant!

La Régate "Wir waren außerordentlich zufrieden und können die Ferienwohnung guten Gewissens empfehlen. 🙂 Sehr sauber mit gepflegter Ausstattung, aller nötiger Komfort, TV, Wifi, Garage, separater Eingang und ungestörer Zugang zur Wohnung im 1.OG. Von Nachbarn ebenfalls ungestört in sich abgeschlossenes Grundstück mit zügiger Aussenterasse sowie Sitzmöglichkeit und Essplatz, Liegen im Garten. Ferienhaus für 2 Personen sehr grosszügig. Auf 2 Etagen viel Raum für die grössere Familie und auch für Selbstversorger gut geeignet. Ruhige zentrale Lage in Ortsmitte, zwei Bäcker und Wochenmarkt 200 m, Supermarkt Leclerc fußläufig. Schöner Strand und Promenade sowie Restaurants in etwa 1 Kilometer Entfernung. Viele Strände und ausreichend Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen oder die Natur zu genießen im Umkreis von 15 Kilometern."
