Great hotel for anybody exploring the garden route staying in Plett, very clean, tidy and right in the heart of the town surrounded by amazing restaurants.

Perfect location, great service and great value!

Great stay! loved the service in the restaurant, perfect room, clean and good value for money. Rooftop pool is really nice, but way to few sunbeds, which is a problem for the comfort of this hotel.

Nice new hotel

Loved the location, modern design and beautiful view from the elevated pool terrace. Standard room was nicely decorated, neat and functional but it was very very tiny with no space to move by the bed and no space for a chair and the patio was internal with no view. This was a bit disappointing for the money. Suites looked wonderful though if your budget can stretch to that.

Great location, with very friendly attend give staff. Facilities on par with similar hotels in the area/street. Nice roof pool and bar. But the rooms are extremely noisy!!! Paper thin walls. 4 rooms share a communal ‘front door’. Each time someone enters it is very loud when it close and one can follow other guests conversations. Also, was kept awake on Saturday evening due to thumping music from a club opposite the street. Mentioned the noise at check in, and staff acknowledged it is a problem.

Economy rooms have no windows. I booked the room for 3 nights. With 72 hours advance notice, hotel declined to let me cancel the 3rd night and charged me for 3 nights when I only stayed for 2 nights.

Sehr laut und Musik bis Nachts um 2 Uhr. Wir konnten nur mit Ohropax schlafen. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig. Der Service war jedoch gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und haben sich Mühe gegeben.

Mussten Zimmer wechseln, weil war zur main road und disco betrieb bis 14:00 - personal war dann aber top hilfsbereit und wechselten zimmer auf die ruhige meerseite.

Wir hatten leider keine so schönen Zimmer. Zimmer mit Meerblick sind hier ein Muss. Diese sind wirklich sehr schön und die Aussicht fantastisch. Das Personal und der Service waren wirklich hervorragend.

Das Hotel ist brandneu und somit noch nicht alle Arbeiten beendet. Tagsüber gibt es immer wieder Lärmbelästigung. Es sind zur Zeit nur die Zimmer zur Straße hin fertiggestellt, in den man nicht im geöffneten Fenstern schlafen kann, zu viel Lärm.
