The property was clean, comfortable and beautiful. Our kids loved playing ping pong, basketball and badminton. This was a great place for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. We highly recommend it!

The barn conversion is comfortably presented, with lots of space. The terrace is great for evening sun. Negatives - there was not a single knife in the kitchen that wasn't totally blunt. The internet didn't work throughout the entirely of our stay.

We have had a wonderful holiday at this property. We found the house to be spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The location was excellent. In the village we found the convenience of the Super U and pharmacy very helpful. A new high speed EV charge station was opened when we arrived. Brilliant! We also loved the local area and had brilliant family days, whatever the weather. All of the booking and communication was easy and seem less. Many many thanks!

Very comfortable, clean, roomy home for the five in our group. Completely renovated with alot of thought to design. Only stayed two nights. Great location to visit area. Wish we’d had more time to relax and enjoy the grounds which were so pretty and all natural country setting. A longer stay would have been nice. Boulangerie for morning croissants and breakfast breads and pastries a short 5 min drive. A few more floor fans would help with heat. Cool air if windows left open in bedrooms at night but if you have allergies that might not be an option. Be sure to Confirm with owner checkin arrangements in arrangements in advance. .

4 jours passés dans cette très belle maison très bien aménagée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. L’emplacement géographique à proximité de la Rance et à 20 minutes de la côte et et de Dinan font de cette location l’endroit idéal pour découvrir la région. Et avec le soleil c’est encore mieux 😀. Das Haus liegt wunderschön in der Natur, manchmal je nach Wind ist die Autobahn zu hören. Ausstattung ist gut, die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte etwas mehr sein, es gibt z.B. nur einen einzigen Topfdeckel. Das einzige Manko ist dass man das Haus teilt und es kein einzelnes Ferienhaus ist, sondern 2 Einheiten. Es gibt getrennte Terrassen, geteilt durch eine Hecke, so dass man sich gegenseitig hört. Die Eingänge sind unabhängig von einander. Boulebahn und Tischtennis sind so gelegen dass man dem Nachbarn auf die Terrasse guckt. Ansonsten definitiv empfehlenswert von Lage und Ausstattung

Wir durften zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Umgebung verbringen. Das Haus ist eine Augenweide. Geschmackvoll, detailverliebt und naturnah. An lohnenden Ausflugszielen mangelt es ebenfalls nicht. Wären gerne noch geblieben. Vielen Dank

Gite avec pièce de vie très conviviale et chaleureuse, propreté irréprochable. Espace extérieur sympa avec table de ping pong et terrain de pétanque, avec vue sur le cheval en face ! Emplacement au calme tout en étant proche des sites principaux (Dinan, Dinard, Saint Malo). Excellente adresse à recommander !
