Large, cosy single-family house "Les Romarins". 5.5 km from the centre of Plouescat, 15 km from the centre of Lesneven, 50 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. Private: property 700 m2, well-kept garden lawn and wildlife garden. Motor access (50 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars), single garage. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bakery 3.5 km, bus stop 3.9 km, sandy beach 200 m, thermal baths "Thalasso Roscoff" 23 km. Marina 2 km, golf course (9 hole) 6 km, sailing school 4 km, walking paths from the house 20 m. Nearby attractions: Meneham, Kerlouan 20 km, Roscoff,jardin Botanique, Île de Batz 23 km, Morlaix 35 km, Oceanopolis Brest 60 km. Hiking paths: GR34, sentier des douaniers 20 m.
"Les Romarins", 5-room house 140 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with panoramic window with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: living room. 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 2 beds. Bathroom, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2), box-room. Beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.

Wunderschöne Frühlingsferien

Der Vermieter war ausserordentlich nett und hilfsbereit. Eine kleine Panne mit dem Sat-TV hat er umgehend behoben. Es war alles notwendige vorhanden und das Haus grosszügig und hell.
