Ty Kap

The house is in a rural area with easy access to Brest. The upstairs living area is lovely and and has a wonderful view of the estuary. Downstairs there are 4 comfortable and spacious bedrooms but only one toilet. Both master bedrooms could easily accomodate a full ensuite, to make this rental excellent

Ty Kap "Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à 7 dans cette grande maison bien équipée. La terrasse est très agréable avec une vue sur la rade de Brest. Nous avons pu profiter des nombreux équipements de la maison notamment le barbecue. La litterie est également très confortable ! Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Sandrine qui nous a donné de très bons conseils sur les activités aux alentours. Nous avons même eu droit à des crêpes pour notre arrivée ! Une petite plage de galet est accessible à pied. Le seul bémol de la maison est le bruit environnant avec la 4 voies à proximité, que l'on entend plus du tout lorsque les fenêtres sont fermées."

Ty Kap "Nous étions les premiers à résider dans ce logement. Il y a donc eu quelques petits soucis, mais rien de très grave. Sandrine a été très attentionnée et a pris soin de noter toutes les améliorations que nous avions listées. Je suis convaincu que tout sera réglé pour les prochains habitants. A noter que le logement n’est pas très loin du pont de l’Iroise qui est un petit peu bruyant. Aucun problème en hivers car l’isolation phonique est parfaite, mais cela peut être gênant en été lorsque les fenêtres sont ouvertes ou pour profiter de l’extérieur. Il est noté dans la description que les mitigeurs de douche sont à 1m60, c’est plutôt 2m pour la plus grande salle de bain. Nous avons tout de même passé un très bon séjour, le rapport qualité prix est très satisfaisant."
