Holidu hat aus unserer Sicht Vertragsverletzung begangen. Das offerierte Objekt unter Buchungs Nr. 4386310 entspricht in mehreren Punkten nicht dem Standard, den wir von Hollidu gewohnt und den Sie von Vermietern einzufordern verpflichtet sind. All dies zu einem Spitzenpreis, der als unlauter bezeichnet werden muss: 1. Keine Netzverbindung; für uns unabdingbar 2. Zuwegung über ca, 100m Schotterwaldweg mit z.T. mehr als 20% Steigung 3. bis zu 5 Personen, ein Witz. Eine Plexiglaskugel gilt hierbei als Schlafzimmer. 4. für uns als Selbstversorger unbrauchbare Küche mit nur 2 Kochfeldern 5. uvm.
