House was very nice! Very clean. Nice deck. Plenty of parking for multiple cars. Colleen the host answered any inquiry right away and was very easy to work with. I would recommend this location.

Great spacious property walking distance to a beautiful private beach in residential neighborhood. The house was very neat and clean. The house has plenty of parking. The large fenced in yard was great for my dog to run around and my kids to play yard games after a beach day. The beach allows dogs as long as on a leash. Would highly recommend

Colleen with the management property was extremely responsive and easy to get a hold of. The accuracy of the listing was completely off. On the map of the listing, it shows the location at the end of the street closest to the beach when in actuality it was at the other end of the road farthest from the beach. We had older people in the party That we were counting on being able to walk to the beach, but because of the distance they weren’t able to. It lists it as a five bedroom rental when in actuality it’s a four bedroom rental with a bed in the dining room/kitchen. Was not ideal for our family. It was misleading in location and number of bedrooms.
