「The young girl who was on reception when I arrived on Thursday and on Friday morning was amazing. She was so helpful and went over and beyond what would be expected. She is a real credit to the hotel. Breakfast was great and the room was spotlessly clean. I wouldn't hesitate in staying here and will recommend this hotel to others.」

「Lovely apartment.
Great location as there are wonderful bars and places to reach within a two min distance.
The apartment was a great size and the bed was wonderfully comfortable.
Lovely and clean but stating to show signs of ware and tear. I was a little bit cautious of sitting on the furniture as I think the leg are not so strong and n need of replacing or repairing.
The cooking utensils were great for the cooking I was doing, possibly a bigger oven dish would be good, but that's only if you...

「The whole experience was excellent, being disabled makes it difficult to find the right room but at The Leonardo Hotel in Plymouth everyone was extremely helpful, kind and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Room was clean, food very good and the staff excellent. Thank you to everyone there for making my stay comfortable and welcoming. Merry Christmas to you all and a prosperous New Year. 「james very friendly, check in was very fast and clear, and provided breakfast ,room was very clean and bed very comfortable, bathroom looked new and like have been refurbished, room furnished with the ingenuity of the owner, it’s great location to stay ,few minutes walk to near the sea , highly recommend staying here. and very quiet at night!」
