Open the patio doors and watch sailing boats glide along the Tamar from the comfortable lounge, or relax on the balcony with a book and a chilled drink as the sun sets.
    The compact, well‑equipped kitchen includes an electric hob, oven, microwave and small fridge/freezer; let us know if you need anything extra. The lounge features a TV with Freeview and reliable Wi‑Fi. A good‑sized double bed with quality linen and a cosy duvet is tucked away on the second floor. The separate bathroom has a shower, basin and WC. Central heating and plentiful hot water keep the property comfortable year‑round.
